We represent residents of the North and South Headstone
electoral wards of Harrow, North West London and adjoining areas.

Harrow council proposes to tackle the high vacancy rates in North Harrow shops by creating a Local Development Order in certain areas to allow easier change of use of the ground floor.
A leaflet is being distributed to households and businesses.
The consultation runs until 24 February.
