This is the list of projects submitted for North Harrow’s successful bid in Round One of the Outer London Fund awards.
*Traders’ Association support and development
* Business advice and support
* New community notice boards and dedicated Traders’ Association notice board
* North Harrow town centre website and forum for businesses
* North Harrow Business Directory
* Support Traders’ Association to hold events promoting shopping area
* Hanging baskets and other low-level planting (to be maintained by Traders’ Association)
* Improved lighting outside North Harrow tube station
* Promotional banners on street lamp columns
* Promote early evening opening of local shops
* Christmas/festive lights
* Car parking bays in vicinity of tube station and shops
Exploratory work for the new car parking bays is already under way.
