The Headstone Residents’ Association held its 2011 Annual General Meeting and Open Forum at North Harrow Methodist Church, Pinner Road on Wednesday 29 June.
David Sklair from Harrow Council’s Economic Development Unit spoke about the North Harrow Business Partnership and plans to regenerate the shopping district. * Yeading Brook Open Space (between Northumberland, Lincoln and Suffolk Roads) was licensed a year ago for a big wedding at the start of July, but neighbours were only informed a week beforehand
* concern about the future of North Harrow library once Childrens' Services moves out of the building
* heavy lorries a problem along Headstone Lane; could be helped by better positioning of road signage
* do our local councillors share information and work together on local issues?
